Comment je vais g\u00e9rer \u00e7a avec tout ce que j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 ? \u00bb<\/em><br><br>Quelques heures plus tard, Paul, aidant aupr\u00e8s de son p\u00e8re malade, se reproche de perdre patience : <em>\u00ab Je devrais \u00eatre plus fort, plus calme\u2026 \u00bb<\/em> Mais il sent son corps se tendre, ses nuits se raccourcir, et la culpabilit\u00e9 s\u2019installer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces histoires ne sont pas isol\u00e9es. <br>Elles sont le reflet de ce que nous vivons tous, soignants, patients, aidants. <br>Le <strong>stress<\/strong> s&rsquo;immisce partout et il ne se manifeste jamais de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le stress : quand la vie nous en demande trop !!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le stress n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une nervosit\u00e9 passag\u00e8re : c\u2019est une r\u00e9action naturelle de notre corps et de notre psychisme lorsqu\u2019une contrainte d\u00e9passe ce que nous croyons pouvoir g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong> : une nouvelle directive, un conflit avec un coll\u00e8gue, un impr\u00e9vu qui bouleverse l\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Int\u00e9rieur<\/strong> : nos attentes, nos jugements s\u00e9v\u00e8res, cette petite voix qui nous d\u00e9pr\u00e9cie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Environnemental<\/strong> : contexte \u00e9conomique fragile, pressions soci\u00e9tales, climat d\u2019incertitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi le stress est <strong>multifactoriel<\/strong> : il touche toutes les dimensions de notre \u00eatre, de nos \u00e9motions \u00e0 notre corps, en passant par notre mani\u00e8re de penser et d\u2019entrer en relation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quand le stress s\u2019installe et s\u2019amplifie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant normal, notre organisme tend \u00e0 revenir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u2013 ce que l\u2019on appelle l\u2019<strong>hom\u00e9ostasie<\/strong>. Mais lorsque nos capacit\u00e9s d\u2019auto-r\u00e9gulation nous manquent, le stress s\u2019installe durablement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sommeil perturb\u00e9, aigreurs d\u2019estomac, maux de t\u00eate, palpitations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>irritabilit\u00e9, col\u00e8res disproportionn\u00e9es, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 qui monte, ruminations incessantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le dit souvent une participante de mon programme : <em>\u00ab Quand je retiens mes \u00e9motions, c\u2019est comme une cocotte-minute. Je garde, je garde\u2026 et un jour \u00e7a explose. \u00bb<\/em><br>Ou encore : <em>\u00ab Avec ma chef, j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression de redevenir une petite fille.
